THE TEAM​

An accomplished Sales and Production Executive with over thirty years of experience, he has both produced and sold Film & Television content, a regular presence at all international markets including Cannes, Berlin, AFM and MIP.

Simon has worked with a great many Producers to develop and finance content as an Executive Producer, working with a multitude of entertainment companies in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australasia and the United States.

With a BSc in Economics, Mili has over thirty years film industry experience in domestic/international distribution and acquisitions, key companies: Pathé/Guild Entertainment, 20th Century Fox, Momentum Pictures/eONE, and Tartan. Established the London office for Kit Digital/Digital Cinema United, a unique digital services ‘one-stop-shop’ facility for worldwide DCP creation & distribution and 4K VOD encoding.

A regular attendee at key film & TV markets, Berlin, Cannes, Edinburgh International Film Festival, Karlovy Vary, London Screenings & LFF, American Film Market and Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival representing producers for sales & distribution.

A Chartered Accountant and Venture Capital Manager with over thirty years experience in the entertainment and media sectors, including many as Financial Accountant to the British Screen Advisory Council, Trustee and Treasurer of the Grierson Trust – British Documentary Film Awards, and Directorships of Film Production Companies including Goldcrest Films International.

He has a Post Graduate MA in Management and is also a Director and Major shareholder of ScreenProjex SPX that has financed, produced and represented many independent feature films, often on behalf of private investors.

With a lifelong family background in Film, Television, Entertainment & Media, and as an experienced Producer, the Mercury Pictures Hollywood CEO brings a wealth of production experience along with the full facilities of a Los Angeles studio and Post Production to Locomotive.

Member of The Board of The British American Business Council, Britweek, and the BAFTA Los Angeles Finance Committee, he sits at the apex of Film and Business between London and Los Angeles.
